    Who would have thought a book on this topic would be a page turner? Seriously. This is an easy, very interesting read, full of helpful insight into how to change your life by finding a healthy lifestyle that works for you. Having started a year ago not to diet, but to live healthfully, I have unknowingly followed this Reset life, taking the steps one at a time as suggested in the book. 70lbs lost (and steadily going), no more medications, and enjoying life with no struggle! This book is a must buy for people who just want to live a healthier lifestyle - not through "dieting", but finding a healthy, normal way to eat. In doing so, the rewards can be anywhere from life saving to dropping a few clothing sizes. Great read!
