    I have read a lot of books since I could read but never have I ever written a review on one until lately. After reading The Colour of Heaven I just had to write and say how much I loved it. The form of storytelling is so very compelling. The characters seem so down to earth and very real that you wonder if it is based on a true story. The story of Sophie’s life was very endearing. I loved the idea of the intertwining of the characters. I highly recommend this story to all readers who love true to life characters. p.s. Love the fact that the author Julianne Maclean is from Canada

    I loved every minute of reading this book and found myself so engaged in the story that I lost track of time and found suddenly that several hours had passed when I had only intended to spend a few minutes. I am looking forward to reading all of the books in this series.

    I wasn't sure what I was getting into when I first started to read this book, scared to feel sad I guess, scared to think what it would be like to loose a child so dear, however I have no regrets finishing this book with plenty of tears shed and a whole lot of somber moments I got to the end and smiled. I recommend this book to all avid readers, young or old.

    This book is so amazing. Ive never cried so much from such an amazing book. Ive never been so glued to a book before, i just couldn't stop reading! Theres so many unexpected events that were just shocking. Im defiantly reading the following book called "The Color of Destiny" and i cant wait to start!

    If somebody had told me what this book was about I would have never read it but I am glad I found it, such a beautiful story, I have never cried for a book until today ( I read it all in less than 24 hrs). It touched me as a mom and daughter.
