    This book is all you really need to take the leap into following the Paleo protocol. Intelligently laid out and easy to understand -- she provides all the vital information brilliantly (from how to stock your cupboard to what your bowel movements should look like!), and then leads you into several different, goal specific, monthly meal plans (e.g. Athlete, Digestive Health, even Cancer Recovery) finishing with the delicious recipes (every one of them) for all occasions. Bravo!

    Fantastic layout, illustrations and explanations abound in this informative guide to implementing the Paleo Diet. Section one covers digestion and what can go wrong plus how to fix it. Clear explanations and excellent graphics describe the implications and effects of digestion and its importance to robust health. Section two provides 30-day meal plans specific to numerous disorders, diseases and conditions you may be experiencing including a basic clean Paleo meal plan. Section three is chock full of delicious recipes to enjoy. Try Paleo pancakes and muffins, main courses and side dishes. The photographs look just like the recipes which is a real treat. I am implementing this plan with a preschooler and it has been a smooth transition. We are having great success with symptom elimination and greatly improved digestion. Thank you, Diane!

    I couldn't get past reading the sample portion of this book. I wanted to learn about Paleo but instead was reading about this woman's opinion (presented as proven scientific fact) about breast feeding and natural birth and how these 2 things will lead to longevity and vitality. Before making such claims I suggest using a footnote. You my dear are not a doctor or a scientist.
