    I enjoyed this book more than the first. The first book was a bit too detail oriented, where book two dealt more with relationships and introduction to the terror to come. I was fairly on edge reading through the boat part.

    Well, I read #1 and just finished#2 and can't wait for #3. And let's just say they both scared the h..l out of me. Be warned

    Two parts in and I have to admit I'm hooked, this book has me thinking of King's dark tower set. This will engage the reader as the story seems to be going along similar lines as kings the stand just without the singular boogeyman or the heavy religion. Just waiting on the remaining parts to come out.
