    Really enjoying this series a lot. The flawed characters are so real. I am hoping for a little more progress in the next book just to move things along. I especially like the Summers character as she is so mysterious and unknowable. Maybe we will get a look into he mind and see how it ticks.

    It has been a long time since I've read a sci-fi series as interesting and as suspenseful as this one. The second instalment, The Phoenix Rising, continues the journey of intrigue, betrayal, and heroism that the first book began. I can't wait to start the next one - downloaded as I write this!

    Not to mention the fact I would have paid money for the first instalment of the series, the second novel does not disappoint. Hunter turns into hunted, and the conspiracy deepens. I am a new, big fan, and if you enjoyed the first, you will certainly enjoy the second. Characters get more depth, and you are kept on the edge of your seat. Great writing, I love it.

    I anticipate the next installment with great excitement. I can't help but desire for a more depth look at this amazing universe. I also hope as an adult book we aren't restricted to the chase and conspiracy maybe see deeper into the lives of the aliens and humans.
