    Good mini edition especially for the price. Some diagrams to illustrate the sitting positions and yoga poses would be helpful though.

    This is the first ever book I bought and read on meditation. It has opened up a flurry of questions — probably because I ended up finding the topic fascinating, thanks to how well it is presented in this book. The downside is that I wanted more in the end and ultimately now consider this book a little (too) basic. Really like the first half semester of "Meditation 101." I want the other half!
